<p>I've been admitted Cal State LA and am currently taking a speech class at a Junior College. As you know this is a requirement for Cal States. If I withdraw from the class due to family issues, will they still admit me? or will they take it back?</p>

<p>They’ll most likely rescind your admissions offer.</p>
<p>If I’m not mistaken, a speech class is part of the Golden 4 classes that you need to have done before you transfer (fall semester). So if you drop, there’s good chance that your admission will be taken away. Call them up and see if you can take it over the summer because of your family issues. They may let you. </p>
