So I will most likely end my junior year and sophomore year with a combined 3.5 GPA I have yet to take my official ACT and SAT so with my given GPA what would I have to get on my SAT and (or) ACT to get into each of the Cal States below.

Thank You So Much!

California State University, Chico
California State University, Fresno
California State University, Long Beach
California State University, Los Angeles
San Diego State University
San Francisco State University
San Jos

CSU-Chico: Aim for 1700+/24+
CSU-Fresno: Aim for 1700+/24+
CSULB: Aim for 1950+/28+
CSULA: Aim for 1750+/25+
SDSU: Aim for 1950+/28+
SFSU: Aim for 1750+/25+
SJSU: Aim for 1750+/25+
Cal Poly SLO: Aim for 1950+/28+

SLO’s SAT only care about the 1600 scale (no writing score).

For overall university average:

SAT/ACT avg: 1311/29
avg GPA: 3.96

engineering, the admission stats are:

SAT/ACT avg: 1388/31
avg GPA: 4.08

I saw the previous post, I think the numbers might not be accurate. SDSU SAT is only 1087 average with a GPA avg of 3.61 for 2012.

Since all other CSU have lower admission requirements below Cal Poly and SDSU, you should check those numbers again for yourself. SDSU’s SAT requirements are substantial lower than SLO.
