@chrischoi94 I feel for you. That’s messed up. If you were local, I would head over there in person. But definitely get it taken care of ASAP and follow through with everything. Make sure they confirm with emails. Good luck!
CSUF has only processed 2 of my 5 transcripts. I am absolutely convinced that the person in charge of my file is lazy and not willing to do the work to convert my old courses figuring the available spaces will fill up so they can waitlist me and not have to do the rest of the work! It’s so backwards to think that these people are in charge of our academic future. It makes me question the decision making of this institution and perhaps even the quality of my college experience here… that’s of course if I somehow get accepted…
Sorry for the venting everyone… I’m just a little fed up. I’m sure the rest of you are, too…
@embers2113 Congratulations! … Also, I’ve seen people on the forum who had been accepted and they got their email a day or two after they found out through their portal.
So I just checked my portal and my Spring Transcript from my ‘To Do List’ disappeared. Also I sent an email to admissions a long time ago asking if they got my transcripts. I just got a reply saying that they will be making all their decisions by mid-May. However my application status still says that they have not made a decision yet. I just hope that this is a good sign [-O<
Congrats @embers2113 on your acceptance! It’s good to hear to some positive news amidst the everlong waiting the fine people in this thread have been through.
@Starkiller Have you run the TDA (Titan Degree Audit) yet? You can check that all of your courses have transferred with the proper grade. I noticed on mine that one of my courses had the course number entered incorrectly, so it became a non-transferrable course. Forturnately, it was one with a “W” so it won’t affect anything, but it does tell me that they can make mistakes.
@Starkiller With your spring transcripts disappearing from the to-do list, I imagine they will begin inputting the information into there system soon. Check regularly and keep us updated. I’m obsessed and check it at least 3 times per day hahaha which I know works because because on April 14th between 2:30pm and 4:30pm, the information updated.
@TooOld4College Yeah… A friend of mine applied to CSUF last year and he got an answer on April 28th. I’m hoping I’ll get an answer on that day too haha. Thanks for the advice on the TDA.
