CAL vs CORNELL for EE

i am having hard time to school which one to go.....
i know that both schools have strong Enginnering programs!!!!
but, i dont know which one

i am a junior transferr..
i will like to know which one has better opportunities for research as undergradu and finding a good job after graduation!!! or go to a good graduate school
---the money isnt an issues !!!

i just matter getting an education!! learn and learn
ps. since cal is public U, it still a lot ppls in upper div courses so i wont get contact with faculties true??

I had the same decision a few years ago. If Cornell had offered a slightly better financial aid package I probably would have gone there. However, if you know you want to study EE, then Berkeley would be an obvious choice. The EECS major here (there is no strictly EE degree) is one of the little gems of the university and you will likely have ample access to faculty.
