Calc BC

I'm looking to do Calc BC over the summer for:

IB Math
Physics C

What would be my best resource?
Are there any good online classes?

[UCCP Open Access](http://www.ucopenaccess.org/)

[Free Online Course Materials | MIT OpenCourseWare](http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/web/home/home/index.htm)

[Banner, A.: The Calculus Lifesaver: All the Tools You Need to Excel at Calculus.](http://press.princeton.edu/video/banner/)

I prefer the last link (The Calculus Lifesaver by Adrian Banner). I used this is to self study and it was tremendous help! For physics go to the MIT link, and to check what could be on the AP exam check UCCP OpenAccess.

Note: many people will tell you to check Barrons or Princeton Review for Physics C, however, Barron’s was really complicated for me (I didn’t use a textbook, just the prep guide to self study). PR’s book is good only for practice problems for the AP exam.
*I recommend getting textbooks for physics, you will learn better that way, the free online lectures should supplement. I currently have this one: [Amazon.com: University Physics with Modern Physics with MasteringPhysics (12th Edition) (9780805321876): Hugh D. Young, Roger A. Freedman: Books](http://www.amazon.com/University-Physics-Modern-MasteringPhysics-12th/dp/080532187X) , however you obtain a cheaper copy at [AbeBooks Official Site - New & Used Books, New & Used Textbooks, Rare & Out of Print Books](http://www.abebooks.com)
***MIT has a free online calculus book by Gilbert Strang: [MIT OpenCourseWare | Supplemental Resources | RES.18-001 Calculus, Spring 2005 | Textbook](http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/resources/RES-18-001Spring-2005/Textbook/)

Getting a textbook and going through it yourself is the best way to learn the material. Open Courseware is nice but it’s a lot more sophistocated than what you may be looking for so it could throw off some things for you. I don’t want to recommend a text because i don’t know which is best, there are a bunch of resources on CC that can give you that information. Good luck.

I self-studied calc BC last summer with a textbook, but some websites as supplements might not be a bad idea.

Screw IB Math!!!

^IB Math not working for you. I heard that it doesn’t cover much Calc topics as AP Calc BC, which would disappoint me if I were to take IB Math.
