If things are like this then I like my chances

I'm assuming the high school GPA is UC GPA.

Right?

It has to be. UCGPA is essentially a specific type of weighted GPA, the only way one can get a GPA above 4.0, which the tool includes.

Keep in mind this was from fall 2006, so it's likely that admissions will be more selective this year, but I don't think it will be that dramatic.

Wow, how is it that this is the first time anyone has posted this? Thank you

I'm not sure if anyone has had a chance to post this yet. It a new tool offered by the University of California to provide data that has always been available in a more accessible way.

UCD admissions--In the section semesters of A-G semester taken, will a college course count as 2 semesters of high school a-g cours if it is UC transferable?

Wait, does UCSC, UCD etc give athlete scholarships? Or are those 2.8 really admits? It would be awesome if they are.

UCSC is D3 so no scholarships. UCD is D1 and has athletic scholarships.

You don't need a 3.0 to get into a UC. If you have a UC score higher than 410, you become eligible for UCs.

Wait, if you want to sort by "Highest of SAT or ACT", the scores are only out of 800. Does this mean the one highest section out of the three sections of the SAT?

Yes. It's another imperfection in the system, but it's better than anything else we have out there.
