my school only added +/- to transcripts two years ago and they don't calculate them into the weighted/unweighted GPA (our school has basically no grade inflation at all, its a public school). Currently i have a 4.2 weighted, 4.0 unweighted, and am currently ranked in the top 10th out of 650+ students.
i received 2 A-'s (both in honors math) however, and 2 A+'s (in APEC). Will schools recalulate my GPA then, even tho my school doesn't take -/+ into account??

So if they don't calculate +/- into the weighted/unweighted GPA, why would the schools recalculate the GPA based on +/-. I don't really understand what you mean. You said that they don't care about +/-, and you're asking whether +/- will count?
