Those are the classes that I've taken. I lsited at the bottom any of the classes that I don't think colleges will accept, though I'm not sure about some of them. Do colleges take into account that all of the B's I got are B+? Either way, could someone tell me what my unweighted GPA would be? Could you also tell me if I seperated the classes right, or if there are some on the 'Other Classes' list that might get calculated into my GPA?

EVERY school does it differently, so there are no hard and fast rules. Some schools exclude Frosh grades (UC's, Stanford, Princeton).

Some schools in Calif follow the UC model, since the bonus point courses are listed on UC's web page. Some schools count the +/-'s as a 0.3 points up or down. Others, like the UC's, just count a B+ as a 3.0.

Your course breakout looks pretty close. Typically, only academic courses are included, but the UC's will count band/orchestra (not marching band) since a visual or performing arts class is required for admittance. Also, Computer Drafting may count as well, depending on the syllabus -- mechanical drawing will not count, but CAD, which includes theory might.
