Calculus AB + AP Stats vs. Calculus BC + AP Stats

I’m looking to go into business and my senior year schedule is going to be pretty rough. Is there a point in doing BC if i’m going into Business? I feel like I might be overloading myself and I need to know if it would be worth dropping down for the next school year. My senior yr schedule is…

AP Govt / AP Eco
AP Calculus BC
AP Computer Science Principles
Engineering Design (Honors)
Dual Credit English
AP Statistics
early release.

I could probably get away with minimal studying in Engineering Design, Govt, Comp Sci (somewhat) and English but i’d have to dedicate a lot of time to Eco, Calc, and Stat for sure.

Take AB. It’ll be sufficient for business or economics, and ab vs. Bc makes no difference for admissions.
You will necessarily take statistics in college (even if your college were to offer credit for AP stats, it’s a course of really need to take in college) so, it stresses you put, drop it.
Can you take late arrival rather than early release? Many students are sleeping deprived.
Have you completed level 4 in a foreign language?

I did my 3 years of a foreign language earlier. 2 years in middle school, 1 honors class freshman year.

I can’t get late arrival since my schedule does not move around freely (Principles and Engineering only have one period, so it’s hard to move).

I’ve heard Stat is easy if you study which im fine with… I’m good at studying math courses.

early release will not look good on a transcript, it makes your schedule look worse.

Agree that Calc AB is fine. It will give you more time for your other classes. At my son’s school, they don’t show early release on a transcript, but early release could be used for a variety of reasons. IMO as long as you are taking a rigorous course load, which you are, you should be fine.
