Would colleges rather see a student take BC over AB? Would they like to see only BC or would taking both look even better to colleges? How would ivy colleges view these situations? Is it worth taking AB then BC? I'm doing schedule registrations for next year and I need to choose as soon as possible.

If you’re capable of doing BC in one year, you’d be wasting your time doing AB one year and BC the next. As far as I know, it wouldn’t look any better; it’d be like taking the Math Level 1 and 2 SAT tests…

I’d say it’s worth taking BC. AB’s very, very spread out. Plus, next next year you’ll have an extra slot, for multivariable or something else you’re interested in.

BC is better, and then MV calc
