Are the additional topics covered in Calculus BC part of Calculus I or Calculus II?

All of the colleges I’ve looked at reward credit for one semester of calculus (usually four hours) for AB, while BC earns you credit for two semesters of calculus.
So it basically looks like that regardless of the terms used, the basic concept is that AB = Calculus I and BC = Calculus I + II.
One would derive, therefore, that the additional BC topics are Calculus II.

Usually Calc II, although I’ve seen L’Hopital’s Rule as well as the derivatives of polars and parametrics covered in Calc I.
