Anybody know of any private colleges that may be offering this course online? I know BYU has an independent study program online but only for Calculus I.

It is not private, but I’m taking it online through UC Berkeley Extension to meet a pre-req.

Oh thanks! Would you recommend it for a non-math major? Can you discuss the difficulty of the course?

any calc 3 online?

Coolaid, For me it has been a lot harder because I learn best by listening to a lecture. It is also very easy to procrastinate. If you set a schedule, you shouldn’t have a problem though. The class I am taking is graded 60% homework and 40% for the final.

i learn most efficiently when i teach myself so this sounds like a good idea.

i am guessing that there is no curve because it is a self-paced class?
homework assignments turned in online and a proctored final that i can schedule to take at my cc?

do you have a time limit once you start the homework?

when will you be taking the final? i want to see how difficult it is compared to the homework assignments before i sign up.

no calc III.
