Hi, I am not only curious, but also worried at the same time. I am a junior this year, and will be taking AP CAL next year. Would this be a problem? Does wharton want an applicant that has taken AP CAL before senior year? Basically, I want to apply ED, but I am worried that without AP CAL they will not even aknowledge me.

My friend got into M&T and took BC Calc his senior year. It is possible. Then again, he applied RD, and had an A for 1st semester, and straight As throughout highschool, and an A in AP Physics (calculus based). Maybe that helped him a little.

penn just wants you to have taken some form of calculus before you matriculate

Taking it snr year is fine.

senior year is fine...at some schools its not even possible to take it early because of prerequisites.

I took every single math offered at my school. (taking AP CALC AB and AP CALC BC senior year)
