Calculus UCLA

<p>Im attempting to transfer to UCLA or Cal as an econ majory (from CCC). I'm currently in my senior year but I did middle college so I will have around 35 semester units by the end of the year. (Took a heavy workload 17+18 units plus 3 hs classes both semesters) Currently I have a 3.8 but im trying to bring that up a little (I've gotten straight A's except a C in a religion class where the teacher dropped out half way through the year due to personal problems and then I couldnt understand a word the new teacher said) So at UCLA both Calc 251/252 (calculus with analytical geometry) is a prereq but at only Cal Calc 241 (calculus) or 251. So my question is will I kill my chances at getting into UCLA if I take Calc 241/242 instead of Calc 251/252. UCLA is my top choice but I'm pretty sure taking 251 isn't going to work out for me. Thanks. For my in progress classes, unless I said otherwise I will definetly get the grade written.
