calculus

im taking AP calculus (ab) right now as a senior and my teacher is offering a zero period calc (bc) class to get credit for calc I and II. I know that most schools on the west coast have a calc pre med requirement. will i be fine with just taking the calc ab class or should take the bc class as well?? will i fulfill the requierment by just passing the calc ab AP test??

if it were me, i would take calc AB and just fail BC cause taking multivariable to fullfill math requirements for med schools is just HELL.
