<p>@MitchAPalooza - I must be misreading the stats… It looks to me like the average admitted GPA for transfer students to UCLA for 2010 are as follow:</p>

<p>College of Letters and Science: 3.68
School of the Arts and Architecture: 3.55
School of Engineering and Applied Science: 3.81
School of Nursing: 3.57
School of Theater, Film and Television: 3.62
Total: 3.69</p>

<p>I got these figures from the link you posted above. None of these average GPAs are as high as the “3.94” you stated. Are you referring to average GPAs coming from high school or something?</p>

<p>EDIT: I see my error. You are talking specifically about admitted 2010 transfer students into the Pre-Economics major. Wow, that is a crazy high GPA! I’m lucky to have gotten in with my 3.46.
