so, i wanted to know my chances at these schools

UC Davis
UC Berkeley
Cal Poly
Northwestern (the one in Evanston)
Stanford

last one seems like a long shot, but if anyone can give me advice on any stuff i can do to get in would be great.

you're taking some AP classes, try to get As in all of them, your GPA is quite avarage(comparatively). Yeah, you need to work on the SAT also. Your ECs look adequate to me.
So just try hard, improve your scores a little, I mean as much as possible. Focus on SAT2 especially. Then you will have more chance for Berkeley, Northwestern and Staford.

you live in california right? If you stay in th top 4% of your class, you will get ELC status with the UCs. ELC (eligibility in the local context) gives you a pretty big leg up on admissions. I don't know about all of the UCs, but I know Santa Barbara guarenteed admission to ELC students, and I know Davis gives a lot of points that can't be gained anywhere else. Plus, when you apply, most of your online application is already filled out and the tedious work is mostly done...it's nice. So stay competetive for class rank.
