I'm planning to study in the US and California is my most desired choice, so I want to know about the universities giving financial aid. As far as I know, Stanford and Caltech are the most generous, while other universities don't give great amount of aid. I'll be glad to get a better view due to your responses.

I forgot to mention that I haven't chosen my major yet, I hesitate between a few, but I will most likely study business (probably marketing) or mathematics, so I am interested most in Stanford, UCSD, USC and San Diego State. Of course I'm open to any recommendations.

Anyone please?

The California public collges (UCs and Cal States) offer very little financial aid to internationals. At the UCs, an international would have to win a Regent's scholarship but those are capped due to budget constraints and are extremely competitive.

USC offers automatic discounts for high psat scores and also provides full rides.
