Hi all please guide us for colleges we should apply,its our first experience to apply here. Stats uc GPA 3.86 and act composite 31 planning to take another as writing score was just 18 it was second attempt. First attempt was 28 with 26 writing. Sjsu sdsu ucsc

For competitive majors such as CSE, a rule of thumb is make sure your stats are above the posted averages. SDSU/SJSU and UCSC look within Reach. If a California resident, apply to your local CSU as a safety. UCR/UCI/CSULB/CPP/CSU Fullerton are worth an application.
