California girl looking to be a Dawg! Please chance me

I'm looking to apply RD because of my low GPA and because I think that I have decent ACT scores/EC's. The only problem is, I tried to calculate my UGA GPA and I think it's a 3.2 :(
Does that ruin my dreams of being a dawg? I'm an OOS white female, do I have a shot?

...that's pretty much it! I'm thinking journalism but I'm not sure, possibly pre-law.

Sorry for any errors, it is very late and I just typed this on my phone. Thank you so much for your time!!

Someone got in this year with a 3.2, 6 AP’s and a 30 ACT so i wouldn’t count you out. Although GPA is the most important factor

Your GPA is going to be an issue. The AP courses may be a factor when compared against how many your school offered. I would say that UGA is a possibility.
