<p>it all comes down to your personal standards of good and bad. By rankings, is it prestigious "good"? No. But in the end can you make it something good out of you? Yes.</p>

<p>Cal is the most prestigious, it is pretty widely known. It has an awesome engineering program among other things. California is full of great colleges though. Good luck!</p>
