<p>Hey I'm a rising senior, wondering about some chances I have at mostly California UC's:
UCLA
UCB
UCI
UCSB
UCSC
Boston College
American University
USC (Legacy)</p>

<p>3.5 unwieghted GPA
3.86 Weighted GPA (UC System)
weak 1780 SAT (retaking and taking ACT)
590's on two SAT II's =(</p>

<p>AP's: 4 US History, 4 English Lit, 3 Euro History, Still to take AP Gov and maybe AP Eng
Ontop of those 4-5 AP classes ive taken 5 more honors classes (including senior year)
Only signed up for 4 classes senior year, should i take more and drop an AP maybe?</p>

<p>4 years baseball, (3 varsity, captian senior year)
2 years basketball (jv)
1 year mock trial
1 year 4x4 club (president)
4 years Best Buddies
Private piano lessons (6 years)
Pursuing Pilots License</p>

<p>With a fairly strong essay and aiming for a 30 on the ACT</p>

<p>Top 100 Public school, 200 kids in class, tough ciriculum, we dont do class rank but i know im at least top 25%. Thanks!!!</p>

BC- reach
American- low reach/match
USC- reach</p>

<p>with your current SAT score, most are reaches at this point i’m afraid. try and increase your score to have better chances and make sure to find a safety or two.</p>

<p>thanks yea, its all about the ACT or SAT for me now, I know ive got low odds at the top two UC’s. Yes i am In-state cali.</p>
