California State Testing (CST or STAR)

im in 9th grade and instead of World History, i took AP Human Geography
my school is doing STAR testing this week, which is the state testing for california other known as the CSTs..and on my answer document, there's a section for world history
however, i didn't take the class, therefore i don't now ANY of the information...
what do i do? there's also many other 9th graders in my school facing the same situation.

Who cares? It is just the CST. And I took world history in 9th grade without the class like eveyrone else.

still. i don’t want to sit through 2 hours of struggling on a test i shouldn’t even be doing.

I don’t think you do the test anyway.

i hope not…

I’m on the same boat. I’m taking APUSH this year and the social science test I’ll be taking is the US history one.

I just took the eighth grade version of the test, and my teacher never covered half of the material. You can usually answer most of the questions if you just think through it (early civilizations were always near water, simple stuff like that). Remember that history is essentially just the study of relationships - for some reason, just having that in my head really helped me while I took the test.

You can handle it, no worries.
