California Transfer student to CSUSM... Admitted already?

I am an in-area transfer so perhaps they do those first. It says it in place of the completed application it says conditionally admitted.

I’m also an in-area transfer and all I have there is “completed application”. At least now I know where it will be  thanks and congrats again!

Congrats @aahollow Looks like it’s down to us three again :/

Also I’m at Mesa-where do you guys go? Especially @ahollow

I go to Palomar

I used to go to Antelope Valley College but transferred back to my old University (online classes only). It’s in LA county (AVC).

I go to Miracosta.
@aahollow, what are your major and stats, if you don’t mind me asking? You’re one of the few who have heard from them and post here, lol.

@SBVett You should be getting something soon. I’ve seen where transfers from Oceanside and other parts of SD county have been getting their acceptance letters via email. I have no idea how long it’s gonna the transfer students who don’t live in SD county to get their acceptance/denial letters. The admissions lady did say that we should hear something around the 22nd, correct?

I know other people from my CCC who have gotten their admissions already, via mail and email. One just got it this past Monday - the most recent I’ve heard of. Did someone say 22nd? I didn’t know that. Well, we’ll know if that’s true or not by the end of today.
But it looks like they’re saving us for last… haha

Well when I called it was “the end of March”, but I’ve been hearing the 22nd also… Wonder why they’re taking so long. I’m just afraid they’re going up say something like “We have no more space for transfer students” like they did a couple years ago.

Gahh! I really hope that does not happen @smurray!

I’m not sure. Just wanted to say that I visited the area today. Beautiful campus! So glad it’s close to everything.

By the way, still haven’t heard anything yet. :(

So i guess the 22nd deadline didn’t really happen.Hey @smurray, you know how you were concerned with your golden four classes? I emailed admissions about updating something on my transcripts and letting them know I have all of those classes complete. You should e-mail them because I got a reply stating they will add my correction info to my admissions file. Just put re: your name or id number in subject line to mailto:apply@csusm.edu

@UCkat I have 2/3 of my spring classes completed. Do they need unofficial transcripts of official transcripts to verify it or will they just wait until you’re accepted?

Hey @UCkat89 I emailed them tonight about me completing the 2/3 spring courses that I just finished about a week ago. I have 1 more left and that’s College Algebra. Did they say that you need to send them official transcripts to verify what grades you received? If so, I have no problem doing that, but I hope it helps them make a decision after they receive them, if it’s required.

@smurray, it doesn’t state anywhere on their transfer page that you need to send another transcript until June 1st.

I am glad you emailed them because they responded pretty fast to me about my issue. As long as you stated within the email that you are currently taking these classes then note will be filed in your admissions decision file.

Hey guys, I just checked the mycsusm website and I’ve been admitted. I didn’t get any emails or letters, so make sure to keep checking your status  good luck everyone!

I just checked & mine still says completed application. =</p>

@UCkat also they haven’t emailed me back regarding me completing the classes. So maybe tomorrow? Or I might be too late.
