<p>Your UC GPA (assuming my calculations are correct) is a 3.4. The average UC GPA at UC Merced is a 3.58. You should still apply to any UCs you like...but it is going to be a reach. Sports can help if you are very talented. You'll definitely want to raise your SAT scores, though.</p>

<p>my counciler said i have a better chance with private colleges, such as USC and CMC etc cuz they will take into account that i go to a college prep school.. i hope that helps. thanks for alll the help guys!
