California's ELC automatic UC method

<p>I got a letter saying that i could qualify for ELC b/c in 15% of school.</p>

<p>Do i need to apply to all UC's to get that "guarentteed admission to one UC" that may not be your top choice?</p>

<p>Meaning, if UC Merced has space, it will offer you admission if you applied to other UCs that did not admit you.</p>

<p>If you are worried about the “if space is available” part, apply specifically to all UCs which you would be willing to attend.</p>
