I took the May TOEFL test and during registration I asked ETS to send scores directly to WashU STL. But recently I find out that WashU hasn't receive the report yet. I wrote an email to ETS, but nothing is heard so far. Does anybody know the phone number of TOEFL where I can speak to a representative? Thanks.

thank you so much

well, I'm in the same situation. I took the August test and sent score to Carleton. They said they hadn't received the score. I reported to ETS nearly 3 weeks ago and still no reply (they said it only took 3-5 days). And it's more annoying b/c of what they charge us.

ETS is one of the most poorly run organizations in the world.

toefl is the dumbest test in the world!

That's why I hope I would be admitted now, then I don't have take TOEFL again when I apply for graduate schools.
