Look for the mile long interview thread.

just be yourself at the interview..i loved mine and i sincerely hope you do too..good luck

^ Called today? Wow. That's really late. Must be a good sign :)

Good sign meaning you haven't been rejected yet.

this is a good sign :D?

i just got called like two days ago. my interview is tuesday

i had a second one on monday-- i gotta write a thank you note!

I guess it could be good.. since you most likely have not been rejected yet. But think og it this way- obviously they aren't doing it for no reason, so your admission probably depends on that interview. Apparently your application wasn't good enough for them to accept you based on that.

Or it could just be pointless and the alumni are just closing up loose threads.

I got my call late as well. Had my interview about a week ago. GASP.

good luck to all..

I did not get one yet, though my friends in the school did. Good or bad? I am accepted by MIT and Yale. Thanks.

Wait, you mean you haven't even had one interview? I thought (but I could be wrong) that Harvard tries to interview every one once...maybe your alumni interviewer forgot to contact you? Obvi if you have already been accepted to top schools your qualified enough...I'm guessing it was a communication/filing error or something.

I wouldn't really worry but, then again, an interview is always a good chance to present yourself.

mine went fantastic :)

@ 1012 : don't sweat about it..

my advice is to relax and do as best as you can. A good interview can't hurt and who knows? It might just tip your application in the right direction. Don't put too much emphasis on it though. My harvard interviewer gave me "the highest possible recommendation" and i seriously doubt i will be accepted.

the point i'm trying to make is this: be relaxed, be confident. Do your best in the interview, but don't look at this as a make or break. If you're destined for harvard a bad interview won't keep you out. If it's not in the cards for you, well, it's not in the cards! Good luck my friend.

thanks everyone. it went really well.

good job..sit back and relax now..good luck.

@vandit_daboss: Thanks, I will not and just wait.

Hope everything turns out well.

I just realized that in my Harvard interview, I kept talking about Yale.
Hmm.. this doesn't look good.
