<p>I agree with davidrune that being anything outside the statosphere of the norm will affect your life. I think that in order to not have things affect your life too drastically a person has to keep their eyes open and be aware of the discrimination that relates to their circumstances. In terms of being a person of color, society sometimes underestimates the potential of a black person so you have to work hard just as hard and harder as a person who is maybe white. It's sad and unfair.</p>
