Hey! Decisions for Pitzer College EA get sent out Jan. 1st. Anyone else on the board like myself apply EA to Pitzer and anxiously awaiting a response??? Also if you got applied ED to Harvey Mudd, Pomona, CMC, Scripps and got accepted and would like to post your SAT/GPA and why you love your school so much that would be cool. You don’t need to post an essay about your application etc. (unless you want to) but I figured it would be cool to see who is ending up in the one of the 5 Cs next year. Curious to hear how excited the ED’ers are and what they hope for next year as a freshman in college. I am waiting for Scripps EDII in Feb.15 so I am nervous about that. Hopefully I will see some ED’ers next year if I get accepted. well… Share your enthusiasm!

<p>congrats domirican2005 ! I like CMC a lot but I didn't feel I had the stats to get in. I am from NJ so I look foward to living on the West Coast. Pitzer stuff gets sent out in less than a week!~ OMG! lol</p>

<p>i am so excited princess, we have less than a week! I hope I don't get deffered or anything because it is my first school I will receive a notification by and it will be depressing to start off my college applications with a rejection. I really like Pitzer and the Claremont Area. Did you get anything from Pitzer concerning parts of your received application etc.? I didnt get anything like that. In fact, I haven't received one thing from them. I hope I am not the only one!</p>
<p>I didn't get anything like that. But I did get a reminder about their app deadline of january 15 coming up. that scared me... So now I'm wondering if they didn't get my app or if it's just because i'm on the waiting list. gonna call them today and make sure theyve got it</p>
<p>Just called. Got a recorded message- office is closed until Jan3. Does that mean admit letters wont be sent out until they get back?</p>
<p>im confused because the view book says "notification letters will be sent BY jan 1st" maybe we will get stuff today? Where are you at? I am in NJ so it may come later for me</p>

<p>i just got rejected and it sux because I really thought I was more than qualified. Now I have to find a new safety/match school and I feel so let down!</p>

Stockdale High School in Bakersfield, CA. Its supposedly the best high school in Kern County. It might help. At least we dont have the risk of failed accreditation.</p>

Academic Decathlon: 5 individual medals, 2nd team county
Boys' State: 1st runner up. (1 of only 3 selected to interview for the position)
Oxford Academy: Its a college preparation class. We do literature study.
Guitar Club: Started the club with friends for 3 years. Club treasurer all three years. In the process of creating Stockdale's 1st Battle of the Bands
Trumpet since 4th grade though i didnt play during high school.
