I just got back from a two week trip to India, had an awesome time, saw a ton of cousins, both American and Indian. Didn't get sick! But I'm not sure if the whole trip was worth it since I waited until the last minute to do my college apps, and in the day and a half before, I did like five of them, didn't sleep. And then I sent my UPenn application from the Delhi airport, probably not the brightest idea--but I made the postmarked deadline! By the way, I was deferred EA Stanford, like every other Asian I know. If anyone got in Stanford EA let me know.</p>
