<p>Although…Wellesley didn’t get one of my teacher recs so I got my teacher to resubmit via the common app a couple of days ago. Think it’ll still be fine?</p>

<p>Wellesley is the only LAC I applied to, so I feel like a poseur (ha!), but I really love it.</p>
<p>edit: Also, I’m kind of confused as to what we need to submit to them… I know that we need to send them a midyear report, but the email said:
So we need to send that separately? Even though there’s no space for it on the chart?</p>

<p>Poseur – I would call them asap and get clarification. Talk to your guidance counselor and get her/him to send your transcript now if it was not sent already. Don’t worry I am sure it will work itself out. Maybe they just haven’t updated it yet? </p>

<p>The thing is, on the website, the only missing blank is the midyear report, so when I went on it I was like “Alright I’ve got everything!” … why don’t they have a space for the quarter grades requirement that I didn’t know existed? D:</p>

<p>Whew, called and faxed my first quarter report card to them. The people on the phone were nice about it and my regional person was like “What’s your name? … I’ll make note of that.” Hopefully she meant she’d make note of the fact that I was sending it, not the fact that I was late! D:</p>
<p>And omigahhh they’re looking at applications right now! O__O Exciting.</p>
<p>I have to say though, I’m sort of wishing I hadn’t done EE
my friend is a Sophomore at Wellesley and when she applied EE she received a ‘possible’ and she completely flipped out despite later being accepted. maybe it will just create more stress than I need…ya know? ughhh anticipation!</p>

<p>I did EE last year and was completely surprised to get a Likely. It really was a relief and eased some of my stress. Good luck, ladies!</p>
<p>Hey! Massachusetts here, I live about 45 min. from campus. </p>
<p>From Poseur’s comments, it sounds like I should probably check with my guidance counselor that my first term grades were included on my transcript…I think they were. Maybe that’s why they don’t make a big deal of EE applicants needing first term grades, because they figure the first term is already over and on the report? </p>
<p>I’m not sure that I’ve even gotten confirmation from Wellesley that they received everything…is there actually an online-login thing to check? All I’ve heard from them was “Thank you for your application, here’s some info for financial aid.” ??? </p>
<p>I’m excited for February. Anyone know the deadline the letters go out?</p>

<p>yes theres an online app status thing. i received it in an email around 10 days after i applied</p>
<p>Hmmm. I don’t seem to have gotten that, I don’t think, although I applied at the end of December. I guess I’ll have to call.</p>
<p>squaregirl–Wait for a few days, then see. My school mailed my transcript on December 12th and Wellesley got it December 17th, but it didn’t show up online until January 6th or so.</p>

I’m not really sure when the letters are out… I think late Feb but I could be wrong.</p>
