February 15th I am pretty sure...but don't take my word on it

Not before the end of February. I also saw a date of March 2 but I am not sure if it was simply a "date by" not THE date.

Ahhh it is late Feb. on the website...I can't wait any longer!

Ahhh, am I the only one who hasn't gotten any login info? I keep forgetting I have to call them, with term ending and all...

And I just realized, I was supposed to send in that Wellesley-specific financial aid form and I forgot about that, too. Great. They're pretty much not going to accept me b/c I'm so spacey! :(

^ Don't worry. I got them my first quarter grades and my financial aid stuff late...

Feb 15th?! That'd be amazing! But the e-mail w/ the username implied that the decisions come out March 2nd...

^^ I thought the Wellesley specific form was due in March?

Yeah, thanks, it is--March 2. False alarm! Thank goodness. I was freaking out because an email they sent me said their FinAid deadlines were all in January, but their website says the Wellesley form is for March 2.

Thanks, pekingnese!

Sorry to stray, but did anyone get informed that the information from their alumni interview got to admissions? How does the interview stuff factor in?

I don't think we get informed that interview stuff reached the admissions office.

From Zürich, Switzerland btw. :) any other international ppl applying EE?

So, I've officially sent everything in and they've received it. Now for the wait. When're we hearing back?

End of February or early March...what I don't understand is at that point its only a month until RD...they should notify us sooner

If you check the posts from previous years on CC about EE, the applicants in Massachusetts get their letters on February 18th, and the farther you are from Wellesley, the longer it takes for you to get the letter, but you should get it sometime before the end of February.

I'm from Massachusetts and I actually live two towns away from Wellesley, sooo the letter is going to show up in my mailbox on the 18th, but I'm in Spain until the 22nd.
:-( (well, I'm actually happy about being in Spain... just not happy about missing my letter)

Do we not get to check online this year?

so for you guys that did EE, is Wellesley by far your first choice? or not your top school? (I did EE too and it's getting hard to wait for the letter)

For me Wellesley is at the top but possibly tied with Haverford and Pomona...I have been debating the pros and cons of all three and I think Wellesley wins out. As much as I was completely opposed to an all women's school when I started my search, I actually now believe it is a tremendous plus....notification is so close now! Good luck girls!

I'm like rpo, I love Wellesley, Middlebury, and Bowdoin all equally but I have funny feeling I'll end up at Wellesley...I'm trying to reserve judgement and not define a #1 because that way it'll hurt less if I don't get in, I guess.

OK, so I have 11 more days to wait, then? Ahhh, I'm so nervous...Wellesley will be the first school I hear back from, and I hope it goes well, otherwise I'll have a pretty terrible time waiting for March...

How do you figure 11 days? I thought it was February end -- more like 21 days away.

It's definitely in my top five - it's also the one I have the most chance of getting into out of my top schools, so I consider it a very realistic option.

Pinkfeather -- I think Mariposa is referring to teliana's comment about recieving notification on the 18th last year. I hope it comes sooner than later...I'm leaving on the 21st for 10 days...

Hey guys...I'm also doing EE and am pretty nervous about the whole thing. I can't wait to hear! Wellesley isn't my top school--Smith is--but it's pretty damn close. :] Oh, and I'm from a small town (Hollis) in New Hampshire.

rpo: Not to be a total creeper, but is there any chance you went to the Hollis Primary / Middle School? 'Cause I think I know who you are. Haha, sorry, I swear I'm not as sketchy as I sound...
