hey guys,

got into a myself into a pickle this time.

so currently i am a community college student in washington. i applied as a transfer for this fall 2014. the issue is: i plan on applying to the mechanical engineering department @ university of washington, i have completed all pre-reqs. besides statics, dynamics, and mechanics (which i understand are the most important 3). i used to be a terrible student (2.25 GPA) but within the last year i got it together and took heavy loads (calclus, physics, chemistry) for every quarter and never got below a 3.0. im not really concerned with getting accepted to the department or not, i just dont know whether i should transfer and do classes @ University or stay and do classes at my community college (very picky scheduling). are the engineering/math classes at University alot more difficult? i do pretty well in my current classes and sitting down and studying isnt an issue for me.
