<p>For those of you who transferred to Brown University, what was your record like? what EC’s did you have and what was your GPA?</p>
<p>I got in last year but ultimately chose to stay where I am.</p>
<p>2.3 unweighted HS gpa (not a typo- don't ask)
35 ACT (got a 30 when I was in HS, retook in college because I blew it off at the time and didn't come in prepared)
800x3 SATII</p>
<p>~3.89 college GPA (applied after two years at U Michigan)
published in scholarly journals
"smartest, kid, ever" type reqs
what I felt were great essays (admissions officer wrote out a response to it on the back of the formal acceptance letter)</p>
<p>No real EC's -- part time job for some of my freshman year in college</p>
