<p>i think i finally settled on an apartment</p>
<p>I submitted my application–I picked the residence halls instead. I thought about the apartments… But I feel like it won’t force me to be more involved with everyone on campus. Funny thing is that most people think I’m 17/18 years old anyway; I’m sure people are going to think I’m a freshman the entire time that I’m there.</p>
<p>Anyway, it’s a battle between Manzanita and San Raf.</p>

<p>I agree…I think that res. halls will help with making friends. I chose: </p>
<p>1) Manz. single
2) San Raf suite 8 person
3) San Raf suite 6 person
4) Manz. double.</p>

<p>On the Housing Applications: Transfer Students page, it says “Application will be available on-line from May 1 to June 1, 2011.”</p>
<p>Don’t tell me you guys are applying as other student types. :P</p>
<p>I think for apartments the application starts on May 1st. If you are applying for a res. hall you can do it now. At least you can do your personal preference page as of now. </p>

<p>Sup guys, name is Alex got accepted a while ago, just finally decided to go for UCSB for Economics and Accounting. We have to file the dorm’s we want to stay at… I got no idea what to choose, I tried to read a little about Manzanita and San Rafael since it’s the only choices we got but there’s not much info out there. Mostly for the fresh dorms.</p>

<p>I’ll be starting this Fall for Sociology :)…But im waiting on a final decision from Irvine cuz thats my first choice and im waitlisted :(</p>

<p>yah im actually more excited about UCSB! The campus looks awesome, so as the student life on campus…But I have always wanted to study Criminology, and Irvine is the only UC unfortunately that has that major :(…If i go to UCSB that’d be great but I’ll be studying Sociology …</p>
