I am in my freshman year of highschool (9th grade) in the US and this past summer i visited England and Ireland and I absolutely loved it, yada yada...so now i am seriously considering either doing boarding school for 1 term or a summer abroad program:

Boarding school is significantly more expensive but i would love to get a feel for how schooling in England really is! For 3 months, i would be able to expand my horizons and have a lot of fun (my best friend is doing boarding school as well)

HOWEVER, there is a summer program based in Oxford called the Oxbridge Summer Scholar Program and that looks equally exciting and fun. For one month during the summer, i would be able to stay in the dorms and take classes at Pembroke College in Oxford University and explore the city on my own terms. However, i wouldn't be getting the full feel of how life is really like in England, i don't think.

So i am doing one or the other, i know that for certain. I just don't know what is better!!!! and i am really getting frustrated b/c I WANT TO DO BOTH!!! haha, but i know i can't. i know that being able to have an experience like either one is 1 in a 1,000 but this is something that i am really passionate about and i really think i can learn from. I just need some advice about both subjects and any new ideas. I have been intensely researching various boarding schools with my friend and we have been mailed many prospectus'. PLEASE HELP ME WITH MY DECISION.
