My daughter just got a call tonight! So happy for her
My child also received a call. She’s in. 3.91 GPA. All IB classes. 27 ACT, 1870 SAT. Significant leadersheip and other ECs. Good luck to all.

I got a call about 3 hours ago congratulating me on my acceptance! I submitted a 2080 SAT with an uw gpa of 3.96, and I am also am out of state student. Very excited!

My son just got the call telling him he is admitted. Big smile on his face!
They called me this afternoon, but I declined it because I was in a club meeting. Did they leave a voicemail for any of you? I only know it was them because of their caller ID. I’m also of Mexican decent. This has to mean I got in, right?

I got in today while I was in the restroom!! They only call to say that you got in and that you should go to Triton Day. I’m so happy that I got in because I love UCSD and it’s my number 1 school. By the way I am Hispanic, my GPA is a 4.2 and my sat score is a 1750. My ACT is a 26 composite.

So if I am a minority and I do no get the call this week, that means I am rejected?
@piplup7 I would not assume that no call this week equates to a rejection. It seems it is very possible to be accepted without getting a call. Also seems that March 3-8 is only the first round of call based on the language in the link in post #1.
Possibly dumb question here. Would you guys suppose that “academic profile” includes EC’s/Essays?
