Calloway vs. Hardin House

Hi! I am trying to decide if I should make a deposit to reserve my spot at Calloway or Hardin House because there are pros and cons of both. Anyone have a suggestion?

Calloway:
Pros: closer to McCombs, close to sorority houses, nicer rooms, nicer facilities, kitchenette
Cons: do a lot of sorority girls live here?

Hardin House:
Pros: lots of sorority girls, basically a big sleepover, comfortable living arrangements
Cons: heard food was terrible, house mom instead of RA, heard its strict on rules

My older daughter lived at Hardin. She said the food was really bad. The house is old and run down. Older daughter is in a sorority is a Cowboy sweetheart and a sweetheart for 2 frats. She told her sister not to live in Hardin because it is going down hill. We sent our contract into Callaway for our younger daughter yesterday. Younger daughter intends to be very involved in Greek life.
