CALS Rolling Decision Info

A kid at my school got his acceptance from CALS yesterday...

a friend from another shcool got her cals letter today........the school is in northern nj

How long do you think it will take a letter to get to me in South Florida haha?

Haven't heard anything here in VA.

Oh, and by the way, I don't think anyone has confirmation that the letters sent out were for all accepted students as someone said earlier. When I asked the admissions office, they did not say that this was the case.

i didn't get my decision today and i'm also from northern new jersey. does that mean i'm rejected?

From what they told me, that does not mean you were rejected. But that's as far as I know...

My D just got an acceptance letter from CALS this afternoon, and we are in western NY.

I got an acceptance letter from CALS today in NY (long island). Envelope was small - I was very surprised and not expecting it at all.

correction: my friend from a northern jersey school was ILR as in i likey rolling, no seriously, it was ILR

Any one heard from AEM yet?

yeah, apparently one person did:

I got my acceptance earlier today. CALS, Biological Sciences.

It seems as though the people who have received acceptance letters live in NY or NJ ...

I guess there is hope for those of us who live elsewhere. :)

I live in NY and I didn't get anything.
Ugh.

The letter is dated March 3, and it was mailed out first class (not priority) on Monday, I hear, and it makes sense that we in Western NY (~2 hour drive away) got the letter in 2 days. I would guess that other parts of the country will get the letter in a day or two depending on the distance. Just imagine how long it would take to get a first class mail from Ithaca. BTW, it is just a typical regular letter sized white envelope.

In addition, I hear that there is another round of acceptances at the end of March (and not until then). For those who don't hear this time, good luck with the next round.

Ahaha, do you think anyone from Canada might have gotten onee? Western Canada that is....

it'll probably take ages for mail to reach us.

I know someone who got in and she goes to my school.

I am dyinggggggg.

I got an Acceptance to CALS today that was dated March 3rd. It was just an envelope with a letter in it congratulating on acceptance....it also said that "thick" letter with all the other info will be mailed sometime in april. It is such a relief to finally know im going to college lol, especially since Cornell's a great school!

I'm waiting for CALS admission. Admissions said they were missing my test scores so I had to fax them in. Naturally, that means I'll have to wait until the 31st notifications. Congrats to everyone that got in. (nervous)
