CALS transfer chances

i am 99% done with my application so there's no turning back now :-)

Chances, pleaseee:

-applying as a junior to Biology and Society
-Currently in a NY CC w/ a 3.7 GPA
-in Biology Club
-worked for the past 2 yrs as a veterinary assisstant 20 hrs/week
-my short responses/essays are pretty solid and relate very well to my interest in the major which i am applying to and how my job has related to it
-1 recommendation from the doctor I work for who went to Cornell and I does interviews for freshman applicants
-1 recommendation from my last semester's Chemistry teacher (got an A in the class)

Your chances are pretty solid, especially with your background in vet medicine. I applied to CALS also, but I am from Indiana so I don't know if I will have as good of a chance as a new york resident. The only thing I am not sure about is your ec's. Are you in anything else besides biology club?

nope, no other ec's which is what i'm sort of worried about.

That may be a problem, but you are a New York resident, which may be beneficial.
