it sort of sucks that business students are forced to choose the last CalSO date (July 3rd)....i called the CalSO dept today and was told that we cannot enroll in courses until we receive an advisor number on orientation day....so much for my plan of meeting with a counselor next week, so i could be ready for my june 6th enrollment appointment....hey non-busn students, don't fill-up all the good classes! :)

if u go to telebears it does give u the date that
You cannot create or make changes to your Fall 2008 schedule right now.

can't u register for classes june 6th?
i guess it would make sense for us to register on july 3rd cuz
they need to see what classes we have taken and what we need to take for graduation
keep in mind some of the new transfers have not taken all their breadth requirements.

i doubt non business students would fill up our upper division classes.
but hey there are so many classes to choose from.
worse case scenario we'll just have to take american culture class and some other lame stuff for our first semester...
don't 4get the good old ALCOHOL AWARENESS CLASS that is mandatory... i think LOL

oh yeh and where are u guys gonna live between calso and july 5th move in?
T - T i feel like a hobo.
sleeping bags + park ? ahahaha

okok i spoke to a few of my friends that are already there
basically seniors get to chosoe first then juniors and transfers like us get our choices.
we would get into atleast 2 classes that we need guaranteed.
and most likely there will be some spots in different business classes but seriously

i don't wanna take accounting even if the class is open
accounting? EEEWWWW

"hey non-busn students, don't fill-up all the good classes!"

we will.

i thought we could enroll starting june 6th, but we can't technically because we don't get that advisor number until calso and you need it to add classes. i'm not worried about the busn major requirments, but rather about the upper div gen ed...as for the time between the 3rd and 5th, i luckily live in sacramento (1.5-2hrs north of ucb). so, i'm going to drive down on the 2nd and stay the night in unit 3 (it was an option for $31 when enrolling in calso)...go to orientation the next day (7:30am holy crap!- hence the overnight stay)....i'll drive back up at the end of the day and drive back down on the 5th...gas is going to be bear, but what can you do...haha...i said bear. i'd advise a cheap hotel room for the 4th, but you could go with that park plan...i bet you'll meet some residents and professors there too...haha

....this post will definately irritate someone who doesn't like to see someone laugh at their own comments....haha....oops
