<p>They're good enough that it's worth applying. I don't know how good, I'm not on adcom or anything. I'd write some good essays though that show enough passion for math and science that you could handle 4 really tough years.</p>
<p>Don't let the first (very uninformed) reply by dtl42 discourage you at all; you have a very good chance (50% or higher) in my opinion, so by all means, go ahead and apply.</p>

anyways i thought you posted one of these threads a while ago since i recognize the super similar scores with me (SAT2 and APs..... NOT AIME... i wish!!!)
you definitely have a good chance. the problem with chances is that even if you have 99% chance of getting in, you can still get rejected with that 1%. And that 1 single percent is going to be one that is counted. Your final response from the college is the one that counts. So nothing really help other than to do your best.</p>
