Um… thanks? Why did you feel the need to post this? Everyone that hasn’t been living under a rock for the last 60 years already knew all of this. Keep making yourself feel good though.

it’s obvious about how we feel about enginner ranking :
1st ranking : MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, Caltech
2nd ranking : Gatech, UIUC, Carneige Melon, UT Ausin/ Michigan
and rest of crab schools.

Caltech is known for their outstanding graduate students for their selective graduate students and their knowledge in the field. Do you really need to boast your qualification on Catech?

HAHAHAHA Man, you are going to pis/s off those Cornell guys.
I thought usually people rank schools like this

I was surprised that Caltech outperformed Cornell in Engineering Physics this time. Hhahaha

This thread is doomed. We’re going to get 10 pages of people debating school ranks and nothing good will come out of it.

Yes I’m calling it now but I hope I’m wrong.

I propose the following:

1st Tier: <insert school=“” you=“” attend=“” here=“”>.
2nd - 98th Tier: Other schools.
99th Tier: Walmart University, JetBlue University, etc.
100th Tier: NYU.</insert>

Yeah, that’s right.

Where is the zero-tier? The ultimate winner?

Zero Tier? That college nestled between 134th and 139th, of course! ;)

I hope you are being sarcastic.

Just gonna say now, those rankings aren’t going to make the professors at Caltech teach any better.

haha V Tech is not a tech school…it’s a generic state school with an overrated engineering ranking…

@ gstein,

Obviously I am, since gtgblows’s.

G Tech doesn’t blow…it’s a great school…

@wearymachine, he was referring to a post by gtgblows, not Ga Tech
