I know for sure I cannot go this year, but I recieved a letter to apply for a summer programme at Cambridge in England. It was for 3 weeks with a number of classes to choose from including some biology courses, creative writing, and other classes that I wouldn't have an oppurtunity to study at all in high school. We would travel through London and other spots in England along with having all sorts of activities at the campus like a James Bond Ball and intermural sports. The tuition, if accepted, is $5,995 without including costs for lunches outside of campus, spending money, and airfare.

My parents are discussing me going next year. I'm wondering about what students thought of the courses and the general program. I'm willing to save up my money and split the cost with my parents, but it is a lot. Does it mean anything to a college to have this? Thanks.
