My question is simply this:

Is a mid to upper 2:1 sufficient to at least be considered and potentially be accepted at any of the above-menioned schools? Namely, for a 3rd undergrad degree (advanced standing). I know a 2:1 is the minimum requirement for graduate study at any of those. But is a 2:1 at least sufficient to be considered a good applicant for another undergrad degree?

I’d love to help you but I don’t know what a 2:1, UCL or KCL, LSE, or advanced standing is. LOL! You mean the Toyota Camry LSE?

Actually yes! I did want a Camry LSE! I was wondering if they came with leather or cloth seats? And is auto a/c standard? It’s for UK schooling. =P

LSE - London School of Economics
UCL - University College London
KCL - King’s College London

They don’t have GPAs in the UK, but rather “degree honours”
1st Degree Honours being the highest
Upper 2:1 Honours being the 2nd highest
Lower 2:1 Honours being the 3rd
Etc.

Thanks for clarifying. I’ll be honest, I do not know a thing about UK schools. Best I can do is bump this thread for you. Good luck.

I don’t know about undergrad, but for grad school at those places, 2:1 is sufficient for some “easier” programs, but not sufficient for others although this may be their minimum requirement. For example, I don’t think Cambridge Maths has ever accepted anyone with a 2:1, although their “official” minimum requirement is 2:1.

So it varies depending on your program/course of interest.
