Did any of y’all apply to the camp at the LA children’s hospital? If so, have you heard back? If so, when, what result and by what means (phone vs. email)?

Not yet! I am anxiously awaiting a reply though. Congratulations though! 
I just got a phone call getting accepted and was told I would get an e-mail with more info. The nurse said accepted applicant will be notified by the end of this week

@SHS101098 Hi! I got a phone call last Thursday but missed it. They called again yesterday and told me I was accepted and they would send me an email w/ more info (I haven’t gotten it yet). I think today is the last day they are notifying whether or not you are accepted. Good luck!

August too! @sprights I am super excited but also nervous because I am from/live in Northern CA, not Los Angeles. I don’t know anyone going and I don’t know where anything is haha.
Hi guys, I found out last Tuesday around 5:30pm via phone call I was accepted to the June Camp. I haven’t received an email yet with more info. Last year rejection letters were sent via email. Good luck! And hope to see some of you soon!

ah how cool! I live like 45 minutes from CHLA on a good day, so I’m staying at a friends house that week and taking a bus to the hospital. I don’t know anyone either, so you’re not alone! 
and we should get an email this week I believe

Oh that’s cool and nice of your friend! I don’t know anyone in LA so I think I’m staying in a hotel… And driving almost 6 hours to get there! Hopefully the program is worth it hahaha! Maybe we can meet up or something when we get to camp the first day so we know one person haha @sprights
I heard it’s a really cool program! I hope it’s worth it too, but really glad it’s free, it’s so hard to find any interesting medical programs that are free these days. And yeah for sure! we can PM when it gets close to the date
