Campaign total: $4.29 Billion

Donors: 276,206

It is the start of a new fiscal year. SC’s endowment is now reported to be $4.5 billion. With the new class arriving in August it will be interesting to see if there will be more announcements of gifts at that time.

According to Bloomberg Business News, USC had raised about $3.7 billion as of September 2014; if the total as of June 30, 2015 (the end of the most recent fiscal year) is $4.4 billion, then USC has raised at least $700 million since the beginning of last fiscal year (July 1, 2014).

P.S.: Like many, I received a letter requesting a donation before June 30th, to count toward the last fiscal year, which I gave. I expect several other Trojans did the same.

Fight On!

P.S.: Georgia Girl posted the latest total on June 30th, which could not have included all of the gifts postmarked on that date and/or in the mail. Thus, the $4.29 billion would not have included donations in transit.
