What is the difference between the two?

There’s a non-AP Edition? Fascinating.

Yes, it’s odd.
My book looks exactly like this:
[Amazon.com: Biology with MasteringBiology (8th Edition) (9780321543257): Neil A. Campbell, Jane B. Reece: Books](http://www.amazon.com/Biology-MasteringBiology-8th-Neil-Campbell/dp/0321543254/ref=dp_ob_title_bk)
Except above the BIOLOGY title, it says “AP* Edition.”

Any significant differences?
Or is it a marketing ploy?

//There’s a non-AP Edition? Fascinating.//

That’s what I was thinking… cause Campbell is more than you need to know even for AP.

So no one knows the difference?

Well one has “AP Edition” on it. Idk.

I don’t have the AP edition. I was wondering the same thing earlier today. What’s the difference?

I have this book too, I’m guessing it’s slightly more AP specific?

Or Campbell just loves printing useless new editions.

The biggest, most significant difference is that the AP edition has a chart in the front correlating the chapters to the AP curriculum. It really doesn’t get much different than that. Although I’ve also heard that the AP edition is slightly more verbose.
