Campus Banking Question

I have a bank account and atm card that is from another banking institution other than Wachovia. I was just going to use this account for my scholarship money to be deposited in (left over money). Is it going to be inconvenient for me if I don't have an account at Wachovia?

I'd also like to know this, since I'm with WaMu and am not a very big fan of Wachovia, or any bank other than WaMu for that matter. But I figure scholarship money can go into any bank account from any institution.

I'm also wondering about atm's on campus...are they all Wachovia and do they charge you for using them if you're not a Wachovia customer?

I think they might all be from Wachovia. I know that at FAU, they only use Bank Atlantic and at UCF they only have Sun Trust. I don't remember the ATM machines from my last UF visit though.

There is a Bank of America ATM at the bookstore. I'm not really sure about any others besides Wachovia.

I use Bank of America. There is one beside the Swamp restaurant (in front of Florida Bk Store), they have a large branch on university ave (going west of 13th), and one in the UF bookstore (which can be accessed after hours).

I use Bank of America as well. I find it much more convenient than Wachovia for where I live (student ghetto).
